Due to the high cost of shipping, all Canadian, international and U.S. territory orders are FINAL SALE. Recipients of international orders are responsible for import duties and taxes upon package arrival.
Orders placed online can be returned in-store, once a Return Authorization number is issued by our team.
To make an exchange, place a new order online and reach out to our team for an RA # to return the item you no longer want.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.
Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
