Returns & Exchanges
Online Returns
We offer free returns for online orders within 14 days of the delivery date.
Online returns must meet the below criteria to be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition
- Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface
- Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact
- Packing slip must be included in return package
Use the pre-paid return label included in your package to send back your return. Orders placed online can be returned in-store.
All jewelry, items from the resale shop, and items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If you send back a final sale item, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. International Returns
International returns can be processed through Global-E here.
All international returns will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.
If you refuse your international order, you will be refunded upon receipt, less the cost of international return shipping. Some orders may experience customs delays. Transit times are provided by UPS and are not necessarily guaranteed. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. All orders placed using freight forwarding addresses will be cancelled immediately.
In-store Returns
We offer exchange or store credit only for in-store purchases.
All jewelry, postcards and items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.
