Items Purchased Online - free returns for online orders!

Earrings, face masks + muffs, socks, sanitizing sprays, postcards and items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International and U.S. territory orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online orders must be initiated within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a return. Use the pre-paid return label included in your package to send back your return. 

Orders placed online can be returned in-store.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. Items purchased in-store or through the Try-On at Home program may only be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Call us directly with any questions or concerns.
