Store Manager | San Francisco

Rachel Comey is seeking a Retail Store Manager for the San Francisco Store.

Responsibilities

  • Store Performance
    • Uses tools and resources to analyze the current trends and create business plans to exceed brand objectives, including but not limited to the annual performance goal
    • Creates a relationship focused environment that emphasizes building connections with clients
    • Strong focus on creating exceptional experiences and organic client outreach
    • Builds and maintains strong relationships with all departments
    • Partners with merchandising on seasonal buys and the weekly flow of product
    • Ensures the store environment is inspiring and represents the brand
    • Experience with event planning that connects the store to local initiatives
  • Team Development
    • Recruits, hires and retains top talent while continuing to network to maintain a bench of talent
    • Consistently assesses the strengths and opportunities of the team to provide ongoing feedback and create development opportunities
    • Invests in each team member to ensure associates have a true passion and respect for the brand
    • Train the team on product knowledge, client services and operational procedures during morning briefs and monthly meetings
  • Operations
    • Understands and trains the team on POS functions ensuring accurate store reporting
    • Closely monitor and manage stockroom organization
    • Manage store expenses in accordance with a provided budget

  • Projects strong leadership qualities that empower team members to realize their full potential and emerge as leaders

  • Supports diversity and inclusiveness through the development of the team and client relationships

  • 4+ years of retail management experience

  • Strong work ethic with a desire for continuous learning and growth

  • Autonomous, resourceful and entrepreneurial

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • College Degree Preferred
