With the help of our retail team, we're bringing the fitting room to you - offering the opportunity to try on pieces in the comfort of your own home before you buy.


How it Works

Contact one of our stores to begin working with a team member stylist. They will help you place an order for the items you want to try at home.

Try on the items at home and consult your stylist with questions or style tips. You will have up to 4 days to hold on to them. Return what you don't love. Shipping and returns are free.


FAQ

Only full price items are eligible for Try-On at Home. Currently, Try-On at Home is only available domestically, within the U.S.

We will validate your card through authorization to capture 20% of your order, as a fully refundable deposit.

You can receive your order via curbside pick-up. Let your team member stylist know that you would like to pick up your order curbside instead of having it shipped to you.

We will track when the package is delivered to your shipping address, which starts the 4 day try-on period.

When your items arrive to your shipping address, reach out to your team member stylist and they can help you with any styling or fit questions.

Once you have made your selection, let us know what you are keeping and what you plan to return. Then use the prepaid return label to send your package back to us. You have until the end of the 4-day period to postmark returns. We will include a prepaid return label.

If you initially decide to keep the items but later change your mind, that’s no problem! As long as items are unworn outside of the try-on period, you can take next steps as you would a normal exchange or store credit. See more on our 14-day exchange policy here.
