Try-On at Home
With the help of our retail team, we're bringing the fitting room to you - offering the opportunity to try on pieces in the comfort of your own home before you buy.
How it works:
- Contact us to begin working with a team member stylist (based in our LA store.) They will help you place an order for the items you want to try at home. ☎ 323-852-3152 ✉ email@example.com
- Try on the items at home. You will have up to 4 days to hold on to them.
- Return what you don't love. Shipping and returns are free.
Do you charge my card when I place the order?
We will validate your card through authorization to capture 20% of your order, as a fully refundable deposit.
If I live in the Los Angeles area, may I receive my order via curbside pick-up?
Yes, let your team member stylist know that you would like to pick up your order curbside instead of having it shipped to you.
When does the 4 day try-on period begin?
We will track when the package is delivered to your shipping address, which starts the 4 day try-on period.
How long do I have to return my Try-On at Home items?
You have until the end of the 4-day period to postmark returns. We will include a prepaid return label.
How does the return process work?
When your items arrive to your shipping address, reach out to a team member stylist and we can help you with any styling or fit questions.
Once you have made your selection, let us know what you are keeping and what you plan to return. Then use the prepaid return label to send your package back to us. After deciding what to keep, please note that items are only eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of deciding to keep them.
What if I initially decide to keep the items but later change my mind?
No problem! As long as items are unworn outside of the try-on period, you can take next steps as you would a normal exchange or store credit. See more on our 14-day exchange policy here.
What payment methods do you accept for Try-On at Home?
We only accept credit cards at this time.
