The Rachel Comey Retail team is seeking a client-focused and experienced Key Holder to join our team. The Key Holder is an ambassador for the brand and a leader on the sales floor, combining sales, clienteling, styling, product knowledge, and store operations.
The ideal candidate leads by example, builds strong client relationships, supports the store team, and helps ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience.

Drive individual and store sales while building strong, lasting client relationships.

Develop and maintain a client book through regular outreach, follow-up, and appointments.

Build strong seasonal product knowledge, including fit, fabrication, key styles, and the inspiration behind the collection.

Use fashion knowledge and styling skills to create thoughtful looks and introduce clients to new products and categories.

Represent the Rachel Comey brand, aesthetic, and values in every client and team interaction.

Support the Store Manager in achieving daily and monthly sales goals.

Act as a leader on the sales floor, supporting and motivating the team and helping prioritize daily needs.

Responsible for opening and closing the store, including cash handling and ensuring all procedures are properly followed.

Handle client concerns and day-to-day store issues when management is not present.

Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, replenishment, and overall organization.

Stay informed on new deliveries, best sellers, inventory availability, E-commerce offerings, and markdowns.

Share relevant client feedback, product requests, selling opportunities, and operational needs with store leadership.

Support daily store operations, including shipments, transfers, web orders, stockroom organization, and inventory.

Help ensure store policies and procedures are consistently followed.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive working environment.
About You
- Previous fashion retail or customer service experience required; Key Holder or leadership experience preferred.

Strong interest in fashion, design, and styling.

Client-focused with strong selling and relationship-building skills.

Confident taking responsibility and making decisions when management is not present.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $22-$24 an hour, plus commission and allowance
