They will discuss your needs over the phone and place an order for your custom edit. Try on the items at home and consult your stylist, who can provide styling tips and answer any questions. You will have 48 hours to hold on to your items. Once you have made your selection, let us know what you are keeping and what you plan to return. Then use the prepaid return label included with your order to send your package back to us. You will have until the end of the 48 hour period to postmark returns. Shipping is free. If you initially decide to keep the items but later change your mind, that’s no problem! As long as items are unworn outside of the try-on period, you can take the next steps as you would a normal exchange or store credit. See more on our 14-day exchange policy here .
