All domestic return shipments will incur a $10 return shipping fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund. International returns incur a $20 USD return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags still attached. Returns must include the original packing slip.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition—this includes being free of makeup stains or any signs of wear.
- Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic liner is intact.
- Shoes must be tried on only on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing.
- All products that come in their own box (including but not limited to shoes and accessories) must be returned with their original, undamaged boxes, as these are considered part of the product.
Returns that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted, and will be sent back to you.

Final Sale items are marked on the product page and at checkout.
If you send back a Final Sale item, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color. We are not able to process exchanges for a different style.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and are not guaranteed. If the requested item is no longer available at the time of return processing, a refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders at this time.
In-store exchanges are available at any one of our locations.
In-store purchases are eligible for return for in-store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned through our online portal at this time.
- If you need to ship your return for an in-store purchase, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure the return is sent to the original store where the purchase was made.
- We recommend contacting the store directly before shipping your return to confirm the details of your in-store credit.

- All international returns will incur a $20 USD return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. We do not offer exchanges on international orders.
- Canadian shoppers are eligible for a full refund of Duties & Taxes on returns.
- If you refuse your international order, you will be refunded upon receipt, less the cost of international return shipping.
- Delivery timelines are provided by DHL and are not guaranteed. Some orders may experience customs delays and are outside our control.
- Orders placed using freight forwarding addresses will be cancelled.

If you have a placed an order for an item as a pre-order, your 14 day return window will begin on the day your pre-order item ships.

If you are reaching out regarding an item purchased through one of our retail partners, please note that the original retailer is responsible for handling refunds, returns, exchanges, and damages according to their own policies. We kindly ask that you contact the retailer directly.
To help follow up, we will also reach out to the retailer to let them know you contacted us. When doing so, we will ask for:
- The name of the retailer where the item was purchased
- A copy of the original purchase receipt

- Enter the first five digits of your order number and the email associated with the order.
- Once your return is approved, a shipping label will be provided via email.
Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
- Gifted items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase. To return a gifted item, you must provide the original order number and the name of the original purchaser.
