All returns for orders placed after March 4th, 2024 at 11:59pm EST, will incur a $10 return shipping fee that will be deducted from the amount of your refund back to your original form of payment.
Items purchased on rachelcomey.com are eligible for return within 14 days of the order date.
Final Sale items cannot be returned.
The below items are Final Sale and are NOT eligible for return. Items that qualify as Final Sale are noted on their product page and at checkout.
- All items discounted 30% or more
- Jewelry
- Makeup
- Items from the Resale Shop
If you send back a Final Sale item, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with tag(s) still attached.
- All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition.
- Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface.
- All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
- Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.
- Original packing slip must be included in return package.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. For any questions or concerns regarding returns or exchanges, please contact us.
- We cannot currently process exchanges online. If you are interested in securing an alternative size, simply place a new order and return the original unsuitable item.
- If you would like to exchange an item, you have the option to do so in store at one of our locations.
All purchases made in store are exchange or store credit only. In store purchases cannot be returned through our online portal.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you have a placed an order for an item as a pre-order, your 14 day return window will begin on the day your pre-order item ships.
To process an International Return, please go the return portal here.
To process your return, please enter your order confirmation number, including the #, into the return portal. Do not include any numbers after the "-". Then enter the email used for the order you are looking to return.
All international returns will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note we do not offer exchanges.
If you refuse your international order, you will be refunded upon receipt, less the cost of international return shipping. Some orders may experience customs delays.
Transit times are provided by DHL and are not necessarily guaranteed.
We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. All orders placed using freight forwarding addresses will be cancelled immediately.
FAQ
- Return requests for online orders must be submitted within 14 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund.
- Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- Your return shipping label will expire 3 business days after you receive it via email. Please return your item(s) within that timeframe or risk cancellation of your return.

- Enter the first five digits of your order number and the email associated with the order.
- Once your return is approved, a shipping label will be provided via email.
- We offer store credit for in store returns.
- Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
- Refunds are only available with online purchases. All purchases made in store are exchange or store credit only.

- Gifted items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase. To return a gifted item, you must provide the original order number and the name of the original purchaser.
