If available for your order, 'Pick up' will be displayed as a shipping option at checkout. You will have the option to pick up from our Soho, Cobble Hill or Los Angeles store locations. After you select your desired store location and complete your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received. Orders will usually be ready within 24 hours.

You will receive a notification email when your item is available to pick up. Please wait for this email before coming to the store. Pick up time depends on when the order was placed and the availability of the items.

You must bring a valid form of identification to pick up your package and your order number.

The store will only hold the package for 48 hours. If your order is not collected within 48 hours, we will process a return on your behalf and your original method of payment will be refunded. If you are not able to pickup your order within 48 hours, please reach out to the store to discuss the option for a later pickup.
