Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you wish to return a domestic (U.S) order we will deduct a $10 return shipping fee from your total refund.


Exchange or Store Credit

  • If you choose to exchange or take store credit, the $10 return shipping fee will be waived.
  • Get an extra 10%: If you choose store credit for your refund, we'll gift you an extra 10% to put towards your next order.
    • Store credit comes in the form of a gift card that can only be used online, not in-store.
  • If you choose to exchange, please note that exchange availability can vary based on current size(s) stock levels. Your exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item arrives at our studio and will ship within 2-3 business days at which point you will receive an email with tracking information for your exchange.


Final Sale

The below items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that qualify as Final Sale are noted on their product page and at checkout.

If you send back a Final Sale item, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.


Important Information on Returns

  • Items must be returned in original packaging with tag(s) still attached.
  • All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition.
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface.
  • All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
  • Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact.
  • Original packing slip must be included in return package.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your return does not comply with the conditions stated above, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted. In Store Returns

All purchases made in store are exchange or store credit only. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

We encourage you to visit our stores if you are nearby. We would love to help.


International Returns

All international returns will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note we do not offer exchanges for international customers.  

If you refuse your international order, you will be refunded upon receipt, less the cost of international return shipping. Some orders may experience customs delays.

Transit times are provided by DHL and are not necessarily guaranteed.

We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses. All orders placed using freight forwarding addresses will be cancelled immediately.

How many days do I have to return or exchange my order?

  • Items purchased on rachelcomey.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of Final Sale items.
  • Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse or returned in store within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Any return received after 14 days will be refused.

How do I process a return or exchange?

  • Go to our return portal
  • Enter your order # and the email associated with the order.
  • Once your return or exchange is approved, a shipping label will be provided via email.

Do you offer store credit?

  • Yes. If you choose this option we will gift you an extra 10% to put towards your next order.
  • When you process a return through our return portal, you will have the option to receive your refund as a store credit/gift card. The credit is provided as a gift card code, which you can use to purchase items on rachelcomey.com.
  • Online store credit cannot be used in store.

Can I return an online order to a Rachel Comey Store?

  • Online orders can be returned in store to one of our locations. Please take the item(s) you wish to return and the store will process the return for you. Do not use the return portal to process a return in store.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.
  • Refunds are only available with online purchases. All purchases made in store are exchange or store credit only.

What happens if I send back an item that is Final Sale?

  • If you send back a Final Sale item, the package will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.
